8. Look at the bottom of your screen in what is known as the System Tray (bottom right corner), you will see an indication of the current language you're using (EN signifies English). You can now switch between the different language you've installed by pressing Alt+Shift keys.

We've found that there are a lot of problems that will lead this error to appear, which include the likes of not having the correct settings inside your PC, and having some sort of problem with the various parts of the settings of your system.
How To Fix Windows7 651 Errors
In order to repair the problems you're seeing with this error, you first need to look at a file called "RASPPOE.dll". This file is used to help your system to load up the "Point-to-Point Over Ethernet" connection, which is used widely to help computers to connect to the Internet via Dial-Up. The error you'll be experiencing will be that this particular file will either be corrupted or missing, and it's therefore important that you're able to repair any of the potential issues that it has inside - through using the steps here:
Click onto the Internet & download a replacement rasppoe.dll file
Click onto "My Computer"
Browse to "C:/Windows/System32"
Locate the current rasppoe.dll file
Rename it to "RASPPOEOLD.dll"
Place the newly downloaded rasppoe.dll file into the C:/Windows/System32 folder
