This file is used to help your system to load up the "Point-to-Point Over Ethernet" connection, which is used widely to help computers to connect to the Internet via Dial-Up. The error you'll be experiencing will be that this particular file will either be corrupted or missing, and it's therefore important that you're able to repair any of the potential issues that it has inside - through using the steps here:

Click onto the Internet & download a replacement rasppoe.dll file

Click onto "My Computer"

Browse to "C:/Windows/System32"

Locate the current rasppoe.dll file

Rename it to "RASPPOEOLD.dll"

Place the newly downloaded rasppoe.dll file into the C:/Windows/System32 folder

Restart your PC
