Android is an amazing Operating System for mobile devices especially smartphones but we all also know that Android is built on Linux platform and we have been installing and using Linux on our PCs for ages. Android is no different; Although it has been specifically developed for smartphones, a little trick can easily be applied to install and run Android on PCs running the Windows Operating System (Windows XP or Windows7). This is a project to port Android open source project to x86 platform, formerly known as "patch hosting for android x86 support". The original plan is to host different patches for android x86 support from open source community. A few months after we created the project, we found out that we could do much more than just hosting patches. So we decide to create our code base to provide support on different x86 platforms, and set up a git server to host it.
Requirements
To Install Android OS on your Windows 32-Bit System, You'll need the following tools.
MobaLiveCD is a freeware that will run your Linux LiveCD on Windows thanks to the excellent emulator called "Qemu".
MobaLiveCD allows you to test your LiveCD with a single click: after downloading the ISO image file of your favorite LiveCD, you just have to start it in MobaLiveCD and here you are, without the need to burn a CD-Rom or to reboot your computer.
Installation Procedure
Step 1: After downloading the Android 2.2 generic ISO and installing the MobaLiveCD tool, open the MobaLiveCD and click on the "Run Live CD" button.
Step 2:Then select the ISO image that you downloaded. Do not forget to choose "Yes" when asked to create a hard disk image.
Step 1: In the android Boot Menu that opens up, choose "Live CD - Run android-x86 without installation".

Windows7 is a very advanced operating system, but it still has a major issue in that the software of this system can end up taking a very long time to load. If you've ever had the problem where you click a program's icon and then have the annoying "hour glass" timer come up for a few minutes, you'll know how frustrating this issue is. Fortunately, it's an issue which is easily fixed in Windows7.
The fortunate thing is that Windows7 actually has one major cause of this issue, which is very simple to fix. The reason why this system tends to load programs slow is all down to the "registry" of the system and how long it takes for your computer to load up the settings that are inside it. The registry is basically a database which stores information and settings for all the software on your PC. It keeps details such as your most recent files and your license settings inside and is used for every program on your computer.

When you load up a program and it wants to find a setting it needs, it has to take much longer to read the database which makes it load extremely slowly.

These registry tools are designed to scan through every registry setting on your computer and then fix any of the damaged or corrupted ones that are making your programs load slowly. If you use a good registry tool, which can fix the largest number of damaged registry files, then you'll be able to make all your programs load up extremely quickly. The best tool we've found to do this is one called "Frontline Registry Cleaner".

Read description for info and RAGE driver links As I stated in the commentary for this clip it is not like my other comparisons because there are not settings for this game other than the resolution and AA, so what I have done is recorded the gameplay and comparison in one video. The video you see is me playing for the first 15 minutes of the game. As for the comparison part of the video, you will notice it pauses every once in a while, what it is showing is two screenshots. First shot is 1152x648 AA off Second shot is 1920x1080 8xAA As for benchmark info, again, I didnt see a reason to do one for this game since the settings are so reduced (damn console port) so for the benchmark info here you go. Low resolution w/AA off - 60fps (seems to be locked) High resolution w/8xAA - 30-45 fps Also, FRAPS will not record this game on anything less than the lowest settings possible for my system. It will make it nearly impossible for others with lower ends to record gameplay. I even have the ATI optimized drivers for Rage installed, here are the links for those.
